Weeks 1 / 12

Intimately understand the Companyʼs needs, culture, specific requirements
and objectives. Craft position specification which portrays the company,
opportunity and position in its highest and most accurate light.

Weeks 1-2 / 12

Perform thorough and focused candidate research, working closely with Client
to target desired candidates and companies while avoiding conflicts.

Weeks 2-6 / 12

Initiate calling activity into targeted candidates to introduce the opportunity. Filter,
screen and recruit viable candidates. Narrow candidate pool to review with Client.

Weeks 3-6 / 12

Recruit desired candidates, perform candidate assessments.
Create candidate scorecard with pertinent notes.

Weeks 4-8 / 12

Present a minimum of three candidates on spec. for each
position. Launch client interview process.

Weeks 5-9 / 12

Client meets with all candidates. Client and LCP determine finalist
candidates, perform reference checks, background checks, and
other assessments as directed.

Weeks 8-12 / 12

Client selects finalist candidate. Client and LCP
extend offer, negotiate fine points, candidate
commences employment.
