William (Bill) Tsai is the Managing Partner of Leadership Capital Partners (LCP). Over the past two decades, Bill has amassed a strong track record of recruiting key “C” suite executives into client companies which have realized their business, professional and financial investment objectives. Prior to LCP, Bill was a Principal at Korn/Ferry International (K/F) in its private equity practice. His clients ranged from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to K/F, Bill was a Managing Director at BankBoston where he ran its debt capital markets practice in the West Coast. Before BankBoston, Bill was a Senior Vice President for Heller Financial, Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche and Sales Representative for IBM. Bill is a Director of Sokolin, LLC., a direct marketer of fine wines. Bill has also held director, sponsor and officer positions in organizations such as the Nutrition Business Journal, Nutrition Capital Network, Association for Corporate Growth, and is a Marshall Partner at the USC Marshall School of Business. Bill received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Joel S. Koenig
Partner Emeritus

Joel Koenig has been in the retained executive search business since 1992. As partner emeritus, Joel has conducted “C” suite and board level searches for clients in professional services, consumer products, consumer services, entertainment, hospitality and retail. His clients included world class companies such as Avis/Budget, Burger King, Cendant Corporation, Cox Communications, Dreamworks SKG, MGM, Protiviti, Resources Global Professionals, Sony, Molson Coors, and The Walt Disney Company. Prior to LCP, Joel was a Co-Managing Partner for the Financial Services and Entertainment Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in its Los Angeles Office. Joel’s career began in public accounting in New York and Los Angeles with Deloitte & Touche. While at Deloitte he was a member of the firm’s management committee and National Managing Partner for Middle-Market Group. Joel received his B. S. in Accounting with honors from the New York University School of Business.

Over the past two decades, Heather has conducted “C” suite level research which has identified highly attractive executives capable of taking our clients to the next level and achieve their objectives. Her passion for developing relationships and connecting people has made her a key accelerator of our clients' continued success.

Heather received her BS in Communications with honors from the University of Toledo.

Chelsea Williams executes senior level executive searches across the Food & Beverage, Nutrition, & Consumer Products industries. Intuitive by nature, Chelsea excels at personal interactions and assesses the best leadership fit for each of the firm's clients.

Prior to LCP, Chelsea served six years in executive search specializing across Technology, Life Sciences, and Consumer industries. Partnering with clients of different size, scale, and maturity, Chelsea worked diligently to assess top talent in order to place the best leadership fit for each organization. In addition to her search execution career, Chelsea also specialized in the People function, overseeing employee experience, internal communications, and corporate culture strategy for startups and Fortune 500 companies. This included partnering with various leadership teams through several M&A transactions involving EdgeCast Networks, AOL, Verizon Media, Yahoo, and more.

Chelsea earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
